Its been over 5 years since I last wrote an iPhone app and coming back to it with a new laptop, iPhone and rusty memory I forgot what a maze it was setting up certificates, provisioning profiles, etc to get an app to execute on my iPhone.

I need someone to connect to my Mac book via teamwork and help me get a "hello world" app working on my iPhone.
