X2 excel forumulas

Hi All,

I cant seem to figure out x2 seperate excel forumals.

Task 1) Automatic colour coding based on a specific text being selected within excel auto color coding function

Task 2) Cell count - if the permissable text has NOT been enterted.


The "setting" tab - are the "acceptable text " that need to appear and what colour could it should be based on the text

The "Selection" tab - is what actually is the user interface.

I have attached example of how it should look like and what I need done exactly.
