Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
I am looking for someone to write a Python script for me that will automate scraping information from realtor.com. Your profile looks like you could do this in the way I am looking for. Please read over my project description and tell me if this is something you can do and why I should select you.
THE END RESULT
What I need is a Python script that runs from my Windows 10 desktop that scrapes the details from realtor.com using proxies from BrightData (provided) and produces the results in a Google Sheet that is automatically named according to the market name and date scraped. For example, one Sheet would be “Chicago_08-14-2021”.
PROCESS
1. I enter which markets I want scraped for that instance by updating the RUN SHEET (a Google Sheet, link to example at bottom).
2. When the script is clicked, it reads the Run Sheet that will tell it which Market Sheet(s) to read.
3. Market Sheets (a Google Sheet, link to example at bottom) has the list of URLs to scrape. The URL is unique for each zip code. For example, this url is for the 77845 zip code: https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-search/77845/type-single-family-home,condo,townhome/nc-hide/fc-hide/55p-hide
4. The results are sent to an automatically created Google Sheet is named by market and run date. For example, “Chicago_08-14-2021”.
The script would scrape the following data (you can arrange it in any order for the script to run optimally):
• FullAddress
• StreetAddress
• City
• State
• Zip
• PropertyUrl
• Price
• DayOnRealtor
• County
• Sqft
• PropertyType
• Source Listing Status
• #Days
• Year Built
• Foundation Details
• Roof
• Water Source
• Price per sqft
• PresentedBy_Agent
• PresentedBy_Agency
• Map URL or longitude and latitude
• Parcel Number
• Building Exterior Type
• Levels
• Property Age
• Cooling Features
• Heating Features
• Number of Fireplaces
• Bedrooms
• All picture URLs

Also an attachment.
I want a total price for a script that runs without error. Reasonable support for 60 days--minor tweaking.
Price will also include installing and running the script once successfully on my desktop computer remotely to insure that it works on my environment.
