Description
Experience Level: Expert
We’re looking for an expert in constructing and training on use of automated workflow processes using commonly available software / online platforms such as Google Voice notes, Whisper, ChatGPT, and Notion, linked by a workflow process constructed using a ‘no code’ platform such as Pipedream, Zapier, or Integromat.
There are a few workflow processes we wish to construct, each of which may require a different platform to make the most of:
• To process voice notes into a transcript that includes a summary and action points, that with minimal editing can be sent to clients
• Similar to above, transcribe a conversation and provide a summary with a heading for the discussion, summary, and sub points
• To construct a regular search of key words in news articles and deliver into a condensed report, for human review and decision making on use. The regular search would ideally become more intelligent to decide what key words and sources matter most, to improve over time the results delivered
In addition to creating the workflow process, we require the contractor to design some simple training material (pulling together what is available online would be fine) into a useful guide that we can further add to over time. The training guide would use Word, Excel, and / or PowerPoint as these are familiar software to company staff.
