Wordpress plugin - update to Contact Form 7

I require an update to an existing wordpress 'contact us' plugin (Contact Form 7) that 1) sends an email containing the user supplied data to 1 or more email addresses (the email addresses must be configurable via the system) and 2) calls an api passing through the same information as the email (api authentication details must be configurable in the system).

There will be 2 contact forms; both will be standard questions with either free text responses or drop downs.
