Wordpress Plugin Modification

I purchased a Wordpress audio player plugin that uses a playlist but I need someone who can modify this plugin by adding the following:

The first modification that I need is the option to stop the audio player from automatically playing the next file in the playlist. When the file that the user selects is finished playing I want the audio player to stop and wait until the user selects a different file from the playlist.

The second feature that I need is for the player to create the playlist by reading all of the mp3 files contained in a folder.
