Wordpress plugin customisation/php

We have project management wordpress plugin which is being used to manage coaches and clients.

We to customisations to the plug in which is written in PHP,
Eg A script, that cuts out steps for registration for new users

Steps 2 and 3 below need to be automated

Step 2 Register a Client to your Group
Login and click dashboard at top left of screen
Click on Golf Members and select PRO
Click on your name – this will bring up list of current clients
Click on Add Existing Users
This will bring up any recently added new users
Click add and then update
This has now added them to the Pro’s Group of players.

Step 3 Add your client as Golf Member and Assigning Permissions to Clients
Click Golf Members
Then New Golf Member
Type in their Name
Then click publish
On the right hand side you now need to add the permission to what a client can see
Status, drop down the box and select In Progress
If a client no longer uses your services you can go to this box and select closed.
Owner, drop down box needs to be the Clients Name
Pro, is yourself
Pro Users, this is the client name, tick their name
Then click update
