Word Press Updating

Hi i need some one who can update my wordpress websites and add a few links on the site this is not a big job and would only take a hour , what im looking for is someone i can email every no and then and have items added or deleted and the person who i select needs to show that they can do this simple job and is easily contactable and is flexible and friendly etc
