WiX Windows Installation Program for MFC Exe and Dlls

I need someone to create an installation program for a MFC application using WiX (http://wix.sourceforge.net/). This is part of an open-source project.

The installation program should allow installation on Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP (sp2). The application is comprised of the following files:

1 x licence (FreeBSD)
1 x .exe - code signed
4 x .dll - code signed
1 x XML data file
4 x BMP image files
1 x Help file

Please state your experience in doing this sort of work and give an estimate of the about of time you will need.
