Wix (not website) MSI Package Developer for Visual Studio

Below is a requirement we have but in general we are looking for a Wix expert or someone that really knows MSI packaging through Wix and Visual Studio. We have developers who know how to "have a go" with Chat GPT we want someone we can give hard problems with Wix to and they can solve them.
Hi i posted this before but got a load of Wix website developers (we dont want those), please contact me only if you have enterprise experience at this, we are not sensetive to price here just want a good candidate in either US, Europe, or UK

"We have a WIX4 application that imports a custom DLL that allows users to add custom details into the install. This all works well however although we sign the custom dll before building the wix4 app the DLL that is packaged into the MSI is not and seem to be a different size completely. This causes problems when our users try to install our app with certain antivirues. Both the MSI and custom DLL are signed using a digicert certificate within a github action any purposed solution should be compatible with this"
