WIndows Server 2019 with BT Hybrid Connect/SmartHub 2

I have a Windows 2019 Server and 10 PC’s. We have relocated our Office and there is no FTTP or FTTC there for another 6-8 weeks.

As a temporary measure BT sent us a BT 3G Hybrid Connect unit and a BT SmartHub 2 also. If I connect a laptop to a Port on the SmartHub 2 it connects to the Internet flawlessly with very good speeds. I can also connect PC or iPhone to the BT Smart Hub wirelessly and it also works perfectly.

However, when I connect the server or PC’s to a 24 Port Hub and uplink the 24 Port Hub to the SmartHub I cannot access the Internet from the server or any of the PC’s. I have tried a 24 Port Netgear, 24 Port TP-Link and an HP 24 Port and none of them allow access to the Internet. Not even pinging 8.8.8.8 from the Server or PC’s works.

Need assistance fix this.
