Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
General information for the business: We program car ECUs using a hardware OBD-II cable and associated Windows software
Description of requirements/functionality: We require our .exe to be able to open on any computer
OS requirements: Windows, Mac OS
Extra notes: Hi,
I work with a vehicle tuning company that works on the ECU of a vehicle. When they sell a product, the software they ask customers to read/write to the car with, is Windows XP compatible only. On top of this we sometimes run into driver issues that can be annoying.
We are hoping to find a solution where we can send them a self opening package that will open on ANY new Mac or Windows.
I've heard of some packages such as http://winebottler.kronenberg.org or http://www.vmware.com/products/player/
We need someone to put this together for us and let us know the cost.
