Use case
Create a PoC application to allow Click to call and screen pop using SFDC standard features (with the OpenCTI API) stored locally on the client machine in a .NET application.

The potential blocks / acceptance milestones
A.) .NET system tray app (structure only, without block B-F)
B,) OAuth2 authentication
C.) Proper hosting of a simple web form / web service accessible on localhost
D.) state monitoring of UC client and API calls with Lync SDK
E.) API initialisation towards Salesforce
F.) API logic towards Salesforce
F.) end to end testing
List of deliverables:
* Documented, commented code of the client side plugin
* Test cases and test results
* Contact center definition file for the Salesforce Open CTI connection
* 6 month developer support
Your brief (not longer then 2 page long) quote is to include:
* high level design for each component
* Price: The quoted price in terms of fixed price and additional variable price per hour (upon the change of the scope is needed in the future)
* Deadline: Delivery deadline
* Effort: Amount of consultation you require (in hours) to discover and fully understand the requirement and the technical environment
* Reference: Semple code, demo, description, video of any similar work as a reference.
