Website to link into Companies House to deal with Company Formations

Looking for the development (and possibly design) of a website that needs to include an API linking to Companies House's website for people to purchase this service from.

The website will also need to be CMS, E-Commerce and responsive.

There will be a login area for people to login and see related documents that have come back from companies house. The system should also send automated emails when it comes up to the time that their annual returns are due for renewal.

The client would like to also be able to create packages of things that can be purchased. There will be 5 products in total with individual prices (only one linking to Companies House via API) and they would like to say A, B & C for £x - £xy less than if you bought them individually.

The rest of the site will be standard and have document download area, news, rss feed from Financial Times or similar. Usual standard requirements.
