Website Hosting Management System

Hello,

I currently host around 60 website between 2 different supplies and around 60% of the client pay monthly. In addition I have all the domain names that go with most of these and add-ons like SSL Certificates and extended email accounts.

I've basically had times where someone hasn't paid in months but I've not noticed because I haven't kept the spreadsheet up to date or where i should have sent out the renewal notification and it's gone past the renewal date. I've also paid for domains to be renewed which didn't need renewing.

I need a system I can use to manage these. It doesn't need to connect to my hosting suppliers or anything like that but i need somewhere where I can add the clients and their products and renewal dates so I can keep track of everything.

I'll need to be able to add different products in and put in the price and how often it would need renewing (monthly/yearly/ever 2 years). Being able to put in my supplier cost as well as the cost to my client would also be good for reporting purposes.

Maybe on the homepage of the system have a list of what's coming up for renewal and maybe colour coded so the colours change the nearer to renewal it gets.

The system has to be PHP/MySQL and I will provide the server to create it on and the database.

I could do this myself but would have to do it at evenings and would take ages to finish so thought best to contract out.

I have a price in mind but want to see what quotes I get as it's likely I'll go for quality over cost.

I appreciate people may not have built a site exactly like this before so please list your experience and example with PHP/MySQL and systems in general.
