Website editing PHP/MYSQL

Hi, I have a website/Elearning platform that was built in PHP/MYSQL.

For some reason there are images that are displaying a question mark on Internet Explorer but are displaying correctly on Google Chrome.

I was hoping someone could correct the issue.

Should take long for someone who understands this stuff.

Also if you have a good understanding of Laravel I might have another job for you.
