Website completion needed

I am looking for someone who can help me finish this website as soon as possible. The job will consist of adding a new landing page, adding and changing existing content, and changing some existing visual content. Artistic capabilities and expertise with Adobe programs a plus. There may be one animation as well. There are 4 pages that need to be completed.

(this is an example below of the work needed for the landing page, the most difficult. There are 3 other pages that need work, but this would be the most for 1 page)

1. There needs to be a new landing page entitled "Programs."(because I have QR codes that land on the existing "Services" page, I need people to land on this new "Programs" page). The "Programs" page will be added to the top of the menu on the left as well.

2. The sub menu on the right underneath the photo box will have 3 headings.. 1) Junior Tennis Camps 2) Adult Clinics 3) Private Lessons. Get rid of the "On this page below" and replace with "Programs." Insert testimonial quote below the rectangle pic and before we start the "Programs" box.

3. Content for Junior Tennis Camps will be first (this is currently on the "Services" page).

4. Get rid of the flyer pdf.

5. The pic in the rectangle at the top of the page will be our newspaper ad.

Format changes (which will be uniform for the site).
- there is a new logo that needs to be finished and replace the tennis player logo in the upper left corner.
- the grass background needs to fade into black on the left and right sides of the page and continue all the way to the bottom.
- the title "tenndeavor" at the top right needs to be in white with a black stroke, surrounded by a rectangle with rounded edges. Rectangle has canary yellow fill and a drop shadow accenting it.
- all neon green type on the website needs to change to canary yellow.
- breaks need to be inserted between indicated sections on each page.
