Website/Admin Panel and API - PHP/Laravel

We are looking for a web developer to produce a website/admin panel that will enable us to create customer/company accounts and then create individual user accounts within this. The website/admin panel will enable the user to manage the accounts, produce message campaigns and link these to an app (which has been developed separately) and deliver messages in a predefined timeline. The message flow will need to follow a range of different time and date rules.

There will be a need for the admin panel user to be able to create message campaigns (i.e. multiple messages within a campaign) which can be stored in a ‘library’ and added to different users account as and when necessary. It will also be required that ad-hoc style messages can be created and added to specific accounts to subsequently be displayed through the app at predetermined times.

The app end user will not have access to the website/admin panel. The website/admin panel is for account management, creating messages and the associated campaigns and will only be accessed by the respective company and its employees.

We have full specification documents and task/spider flow diagrams for the project which we can discuss with you in more detail.

The developer must work in collaboration with our app developer and ideally produce this project using PHP/Laravel.

The admin panel requires some reporting requirements (e.g. CSV exports) and will need to provide different access levels depending upon the specific permission level set per user.

We require the website/admin panel to meet OWASP security guidelines and the server will need to use AWS and the server centres to be in the UK. We will create the AWS account and will provide you with delegated access as necessary.

The developer must have the following capabilities:

• Full stack developer
• PHP / Laravel
• JSON API development
• Amazon Web Services AWS
• Experience and/or understanding of security and encryption (e.g. OWASP guidelines)
• Firebase cloud messaging

We will expect the successful web developer to liaise frequently and with our app developer this can be done via Zoom or MS Teams and will be between 9am – 5pm UK time.
