Webpage that extracts specific data from HTML

I need a webpage from which specific data can be extracted from a section of HTML for example in 1 text box i would paste the following data which is always formatted as follows:

style="position:absolute;top:0px;left:29.6667755635$;background:#CCCCCC;height:20px;width:12.5016220189$;border:0px;"
style="position:absolute;top:0px;left:42.2950016335$;background:#CCCCCC;height:20px;width:5.50699444626$;border:0px;"

and when a button is pressed the all numbers which come before the $ signs are extracted (there will be several rows like the above) and are displayed in another text box.

It has to be run on Microsoft server, I'm assuming client side script would be most appropriate.
