Webpack config VueJs CLI for Foundation, Semantic UI and Bootstrap

General information for the business: I do front-end UX & prototyping and struggle with webpack configuration

Description of every module:

Foundation - http://foundation.zurb.com/
Bootstrap - https://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/

Description of requirements/functionality: I would like VueJS' CLI setup integrated with webpack's configuration as follows:
1. Integrate semantic UI front end framework including working Javascript and SASS running inside VueJs components - http://semantic-ui.com/ into the VueCLI.
2. Integrate latest Foundation UI with VueJS CLI in a separate GIT repo with SASS and Javascript working.
3. Integrate latest Bootstrap v4 with VueJS CLI in a separate GIT repo with SASS and Javascript working.

The work is defined as done when I have the 3 repos cloned on my Mac and working, including all Javascript features from the x3 front end frameworks. I will test this as you upload the work to Git for:
- New VueJS components can be added to the "App.vue" file including Foundation classes and javascript.
- Foundation Javascript can be called at a Vue component level.
- Hot reloading (the Vue CLI includes that) of SASS, HTML changes.
