This will be used in a banner area and will start off as small images of employees/workers/job-seekers and morph into the company logo. The company wants it to be interactive after it loads otherwise I would have just used video. By that I mean once just some crafty parallax hovering after it forms the image.
It seems that webgl with GSAP http://greensock.com/docs/#/HTML5/GSAP/ and/or threejs.org are the best options here and I believe that's what Seagate was using although it's no longer on their site.
I will be able to provide the stock photos used. However, if it is too hard with images something like this would be acceptable as an alternative as long as it's interactive afterward.
