WebCrawler, scraping consultant

We would like to explore the possibility to use WebCrawler or web scraping for our business to monitor some websites and automate the watchlist of keywords, searches, and news.
We are looking for a consultant to discuss what are available options/software for our business and who can build it for us.

We are a very small M&A (mergers and acquisitions) service providers. We negotiate deals on behalf of our clients either to buy companies or to sell companies. So, we basically help to manage negotiations, negotiation processes, value businesses, read industry trends. We operate in the energy industry defined as the entire energy world excluding the oil industry. This includes renewables, LNG, transmission and distribution of electricity and gas etc.

We would like to retrieve information especially news or reports published daily for the following purposes:
- Follow developments of the energy industry globally / Know everything that happens globally in the energy industry on a daily basis
- Get immediate access to any report published globally dealing with energy issues/topics
- Identify business opportunities in Europe or globally
- Identify options for our client
- Identity trends and what the future of energy is
- Understand why commodities are priced the way they are and where they are heading
