Web scraping for data from csv files

i need the following data scraped as follows:

- go to the page: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/registry-reports
- go to each gTLD listed
- download the "Transactions Report" file only for files within year 2021.
- add following columns: reporting_year, reporting_month and populate fields based on the filename download (the year/month is within the filename)
- combine all files into one single file
