Web Scraping data into MySQL database and publish it back to Web

General information for the business: Soccer Stats
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: I need a developer who will do web scraping from one website, calculate the data that are inserted into Mysql and display back to web.

The end result will be a ranking page where data is scraped every 24h in the back, but at front end the ranking is changed every 1 week (each monday)

There is no need of nice design (just basic) and the data displayed in HTML tables should be sortable and with options to compare two dates/previous weeks.

To manage, a small admin interface is welcomed, but all I need is two fields where I can enter the PLAYER_ID and NAME_LASTNAME to ask the website to scrap additional records.

This is just a prototype and next project will be to design and make it more advanced as we go.

CMS and Admin requirements: Key Deliverables for the Rank:
- Scraper script that obtains all required information as explained in the Google Docs
- Storage of Data into preferably MySQL and calculation (same as in Google Docs) putting weights and calculations to get overall score.
- A way to add new Players into the rank/calculation (small admin interface)
- HTML/PHP page displaying results with available comparisons as outlined in the attachment (way to compare who is getting higher vs lower each rank) something like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEFA_coefficient#Current_ranking
