Web Scraper

im not sure what the best solution for what i want to achieve is.

i am a collector of rare pens. they can come up for sale in very many different places in many countries. i currently use websites that aggregate data from auctions (including ebay etc) and i have set up google alerts. however, there are many occassions where this is just not enough as these items can be listed in country specific websites/ listings/ auctions/ forums etc that arent captured by what i use.

what i want to achieve is a web scraper that operates daily or every two days that would search every possible source on the web for listings or adverts where this type of pen comes on sale or is posted about. i have run various AI generated scripts but not had much success. it has been suggested that a web scraper together with integration on search apis as well as some AI to filter out false results could be a solution.

i would like someone to develop a solution that works
