Web developer needed - must know how to install api's (xml via http post)

We are looking for a web developer with whom we can have a long term working relationship. Attention to detail and flexible approach to work is very important. We estimate that this job will take 10 hours or less to complete. Our site is called

The facility to change email address to which text (sms) messages are delivered does not work. Please view the attachment to see the API that needs to be installed.


2) Please go to View Call Data records in the client log in area. Here you can see clients inbound calls are listed and the amount of revenue that they have earned is also shown.

At present we offer free call divert to over 70 countries and pay customers 3p per minute commission for every call that they receive.
We want to increase the facility to offer free call divert to over 160 countries however we will still be paying 3p commission for only 70 destinations and the new destinations will not be paid any commission.

Some kind of table needs to be created on the back end that will look at where the call is diverted to and then calculate customer's commission accordingly based on 3p or 0p depending on where the call is diverted to. The table of countries will be supplied by us. The developer needs to amend the billing mechanism to reflect the different rates to be applied for different countries.

The API for the Call Data Records already exists within the website but to view in detail please see the attachment.

3) Agents can join our service and earn commission. For every customer that they sign up to our service the agent earns 1p commission on their customer's traffic.

Click on "Manage User" a list of the agent's customers are shown.
When the agent clicks on "view" a list of the customers call records should be shown and the commission due to the agent should be shown on the basis of 1p per minute. This function is not working and needs to be fixed. The same API that is being used in "2" above can be copied and used here (see attachment).

The function needs to be updated also to reflect the new countries which we are adding to which we are offering free call divert. The agent will receive 1p commission if the call is diverted to 1 of 70 countries. If the call is diverted to any other country the agent will receive 0.25p per minute in commission. Again the same table of countries used in 2 above can be used here.

4) Finally a few text only cosmetic changes need to be made to several pages on the website to reflect the increase in destinations from 70 to 160. Customer sign up forms also need to be amended. This should be fairly simple stuff and amount to more than 20 - 30 minutes.


Whoever we award this project to we will be working with on a long term basis. We also have 3 other websites so lots of future work
