Web based scrum board

i currently have partially finished project for Kanban / scrum board. I need someone to asses it, finish it or recreate from scratch.

The project is very similar to http://www.kanbanflow.com with few additions and changes.

System will need to work on smart phones and in future there will be API, so system needs to be build with this in mind.

I have design so i need only development to be done,

Please do not bid on this project unless you have experience with developing websites only.
