Web application for creating quotes

I need a web applciation creating, the app is to allow me to quote customers for virtual machines.

The app will ask for input for the following:
Customer Name
App must have user login capability, each quote generated is stored for all users to view, with a name of qho created the quote.
App must create and store the quote with a unique ID, and be able to export to PDF with a company logo
Server Name, vCPUs, vRAM, vDisk - a Check box for Windows Server Licencing

I have cost prices for all elements, I want to the quote builder to ask for the Profit margin - we input as a percentage.
The PDF generates a formal PDF with the marked up prices

This must be all stored in a database
We need reports on how many quotes created per day
Top quote creator
Pipeline in the quotes

Ongoing support for feature upgrades/changes etc
