Hi, we use SendGrid to generate batch emails. For years we had it working, then our Sendgrid account was hacked, necessitating (because SendGrid are not very good) the closure of our previous account and the reopening of another. Our previous API (or however it had been setup) has been lost and needs resetting up.

    I tried to use the Sendgrid Twillo API in April this year. Huge fail and if you look at the reviews, many people complaining it is not working. I wasted a lot of time on it.

    Maybe go to mailchimp instead? I used another provider.

    If you already have a developer, I would award them, PPH are watching.
