Description of requirements/functionality: We URGENTLY require a Windows application that will run open a Java applet 300 times via the command prompt (command will be provided).
The application needs to open the applets in blocks of 10 with approximately a 10 second delay between each block.
Once all 300 are open we need the application of monitor the running processes and restart any that crash.
