Video Training Module - PHP / Laravel - Urgent job

This is an urgent job - 5 days to deliver.

I have been let down badly by a developer who started this project. I need somebody (or a team) that can start work straight away. I am looking for somebody to just dive in and finish the project by the end of the month. I'm prepared to work round the clock with them to get this done. All the funds will be paid into escrow upfront.

- Designs done and signed off (all vector)
- Brief written and signed off (see PDF attached)
- UX / HTML 90% built - https://webexpert.design/pyronics/index.php - (we have the code in bit bucket)
- Previous similar project done and code available if it is of assistance (we have the code in bit bucket)
- Server access, VM and fixed IP address in UK will be provided
- Simple SSO security brief written (see word document attached)
- Technical breakdown prepared by me (I've done my best to cover everything)
- Video player code available or we can use / customise a third party player (either way hide the progress bar)
- Admin panel that enables client to create new courses, upload new videos in the future

Leap of faith required but if I can find the right supplier they are many other projects they can benefit from once this one is out the way.
