Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
General information for the website: World of Warcraft Community website
Description of every page/module: There is a vBulletin forum, which also has a portal on it.
Description of requirements/features: The files are hosted online and I can provide the hosting details.
The files/database are hosted on ipage.com which means that if you want/need to re-upload the database, because they don't provide shell access you have to upload it again on the FTP and ask them to put it on (since it's rather large).
For some bizarre reason ever since I moved the website and its contents/database to another server, the portal seems to not allow anyone any access, and it appears like it's broken.
Not even the backend works (doesn't accept logging in), which makes it hard to figure out what it could be apart from a database issue.
So I guess my needs here are to find out what the issue is with the Database (Possible issues: Encoding was messed up in migration), and make the website run like it did before. It was perfectly functional.

Extra notes: I believe the issue is with the database but to be honest I didn't try putting the database on a fresh installation of vBulletin.
I can provide you with a legitimate vBulletin key if re-installation is required.
Here is a link of what the website should look like working normally. You may find other snapshots of it in the wayback machine too.
