install, customize and set up vbulletin and the skin on my domain.
Description of requirements/features: set up and customize user features and options as I am not familiar with all the options.
Install required plugins to ensure features are available.
CMS and Admin requirements: Set up administrators and moderators
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization, Optimization
