Vba macro to copy data from Excel and paste in Word

Hi, I need a simple macro in Vba to copy data from Excel and paste in Word. I use office 2007.
I have a file in Excel that contains tables. Every time the number of tables in the Excel file is different. Every time the size of the table (number of rows and columns) is different. In the same Excel file, tables are different.
I want the macro:
1. Copies the first table
2. Paste it in the opened word file
3. Inserts a page break and two paragraph
4. Copies the second table and repeat steps 2 and 3
5. ...
6. Stops when there are no more tables in Excel
I attach the Excel file from which to take tables, and the Word file that I want as result (the format of the Word file is already done, non need to format it).
