I have created a mail merge for client reports.
I would like to automate the saving as individual document function as PDF.
What I need:
- When a merged is completed, the ability to run a VB macro to automate the save as individual PDF documents. Ideally a button on Ribbon. But as long as it is simple to use, i am flexible.
- The naming convention of the files to to be [Project Key]-[Report NO]
- The files to be saved in the same folder as the original merged doc.
