Using Make automations, MOnday and google forms

We currently use make/ Monday and google forms and i need the following automations set up please
Client Sends Property Requirements

Client sends an email with their property needs.

Log Enquiry

VA or team member adds enquiry details to the Enquiry Tracker board on Monday.com.

Search for Properties

Using the enquiry details, search for available properties from suppliers (can be filtered by postcode, number of bedrooms, etc.).

Contact Property Supplier

For each potential match, send a pre-filled Google Form to the property supplier with relevant enquiry details.

Supplier Completes Form

Supplier fills in the form with:

Property details

Availability

Rates

Access info, parking, etc.

Form submission automatically populates the corresponding item on the Monday.com board.

Chase Non-Respondents (if needed)

Follow up with any suppliers who haven’t completed the form.

Collate Responses

VA or automation gathers all form submissions in Monday.com.

System calculates rates including your commission.

Send Options to Client

Send a clean summary of property options + rates to the client via email or WhatsApp.
