URGENT - Fix Javascript Video Carousel & Make Video 100% Width

I am building a website for a video production company.

I have added a video carousel to this page - http://www.twentiethcenturyboy.tv/create.php which streams videos from a Vimeo profile.

I need help fixing 2 things...

1) I need the thumbnails and left and right arrows moved from below the video in middle div to the 2 columns (divs) either side (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE). So left arrow + thumbnail to the left column and right arrow + thumbnail to the right column...

This would allow the video to stand alone in the middle column. The reason I can't work it out is because the CSS styling seems to be stored within the JS file and I can't decipher it!

2) I then need the video to be changed to 100% width (+ auto height?) to fill the middle column and not a fixed with as it currently is. This is because the middle column will change width depending on users monitor size/device. I realise this can be difficult in JS which usually requires fixed widths but here is a tutorial I found that explains what I mean - http://webdesignerwall.com/tutorials/css-elastic-videos
