Update Pay Pal Pro integration to work with PHP7+

Our site is integrated with Pay Pal & Pay Pal Pro with 3d secure. We need this code updating & checking to work with PHP 7.3. We have a test server available or you can test the code locally yourself. Other functions of the site have been tested with PHP 7.3 & appear to work OK although as part of this project we would like the whole site testing and code changes as required made. The developer needs to be on hand once the live server is updated in case any bugs are present! If you need more details please contact me. This project needs completing ASAP.
