Correct run time display
The SolveitResolveit was originally created in Windows95 and then continued to be used and enhanced through Windows98, XP, Vista, Windows7 and Windows8.
With all previous versions that supported the “.net ( Dot ) “ the screen layout worked all OK.
Now with Windows10, and some laptops versions, the screen layout is not correct.
I need it to be displayed correctly in its present form on all desk tops and laptops.
When loaded on either a Windows10 desktop or laptop SolveitResolveit needs to reset the screen display settings so that it operates correctly.
Description of requirements/functionality: Set up program to display correctly on Windows10.

Specific technologies required: C programming in the .net environment
OS requirements: Windows
