UI/UX interface re-design and development for existing plugin

I'm looking for a frontend developer with design experience to redesign my existing plugin's UI based on the instructions I provide. I will provide a reference plugin which will act as a guide for your design.

Scope of work
- Create HTML file for plugin redesign
- Create CSS file for styling the plugin
- Create JavaScript file for frontend logic with placeholders
- Redesign plugin UI respecting provided instructions

Additional information
You should just provide:
Html file
Css file
JavaScript file that handles the frontend logic for the html elements, so if for example a button is supposed to open the plugin when clicked then just open the design and leave a placeholder (e.g console msg)
