Two way sync between Android app and Windows mySQL Database

Back end developer is required to develop sync process between an in-development Android Shopping Cart app and a mySQL database that will be operational on a Windows computer.

Sync will need to :
* perform a one way sync of items and customers from Database to Android device
* perform a one way sync of new customers and orders from Android device to Database
* perform a two way sync of settings

The Android app is 80% complete and the mySQL database is setup and running on an Amazon EC2 Windows instance.

Developer will need to work with Android developer to set formats of sync and perform testing.

Will consider hourly rates if preferred.

Set price to be determined once full spec has been provided. On this application you may enter an estimate that can be refined later.

Looking to have task completed by 23rd January 2020 at the latest.

Familiar in synching data
Familiar with Sql(MySQL)
Familiar with windows server
Can use either php/javascript/java/python
