I need someone familiar with JS, D3 and perhaps generative art to make modifications to this codepen (https://codepen.io/KrofDrakula/pen/zBvyKg). The modifications I need are:
1. Instead of stroke, I need the growing things filled with color
2. I also need to entire SVG to act as a mask for a PNG image
3. The image can be resized and the masked image should be responsive (always maintain fill)
4. Dimensions and growth parameters should be easy to configure
