Transfer data from dental software to CRM software (infusionsoft)

I have a dental software which outputs data in excel format.
I would like the data to be outputted to infusionsoft (a crm software)

so that the CRM software knows

1. When the patient attended
2, What they bought
3. How much they spent
4. When they need to come in (programmable)

The report from the dental software can be autogenerated in xls format and infusionsoft has an api which can import CSV


I would like a bridge creating passing data between the two - this could be done via an excel feed if needed - just needs to be automated. 200
