To develop some functions in Python

The project we are presenting consists of implementing 5 Python functions whose overall objective is to extract information from scientific articles in the field of health sciences. Each of the required functions has been detailed, including input and output parameters, the function's objective, and in some cases, we have included a proposed development for the function. Further details can be seen in the attached document. This is the first part of a larger project that includes a considerable number of additional functions.
