System to aggregate news topics, into a mailchimp email format

Mashup - A system that aggregates news topics (around specific subjects), compiles into a mailchimp email format and allows me to review before sending via MailChimp.

I'm looking for a low code/no code solution that will:
1) Search news topics across a wide range of sources (ie a News Aggregator) based on specific topics (eg cyber security)
2) Capture the title, link, summary and source.
3) Display the linked articles and summaries for me to select/deselect those that are relevant
4) Allow me to enter my own article links
5) Convert these into a well styled email campaign in MailChimp as a draft
6) I will manually review and press 'send'

This can be any combination of existing services, SaaS, scripts, code or new development that you see appropriate. We already have a Wordpress site and AWS account if that is needed to help host something.
