I need someone expert in Symfony and Ecommerce to build a part of a website only the Shopping cart + Order confirmation.

so you'll be "Displaying List of products from database, add them to cart, Checkout page"  Site not live yet.

I just need someone expert who can do a demo of the shopping cart
using Only Symfony... on PHP Storm  that's the important thing for me.

you need to create entities From database (using reverse engeneering)

The project will be under the name Eshop and your work will be under the Bundle named OrderBundle ? I hope you will do this.

Note : Also i like to know if you can work on PHPStorm ?  Editor( that's the important thing for me)
