    KPI metrics for maintenance and repair business includes (but not limited to):
    - Reducing Costs
    - Reducing Failures
    - Reducing Downtime
    - Increasing Work Identification
    - Increasing Work Planning
    - More Effective Work Scheduling
    - More Effective Work Execution

    However to measure performance of maintenance and support staffs or service provided by different organizations you can implement review and rating system from the customers after each service.

    Please let me know your thoughts on the same.
