Step-by-step guide for Docker container

Information:
The Kanban board is functional; however, it should now be equipped with an SSL certificate. Additionally, the container should be restartable via a remote command in case it becomes unresponsive. It seems that this image tends to crash every few days, hence the need for a restart.

The task is to provide a step-by-step guide that I can successfully apply on my end.

1. complete backup container and restore including all settings to run the container again on a new system
2. Integrate a custom certificate so that the container can be accessed via HTTPS.
3. Integrate an official certificate to eliminate browser warnings.
4. Implement a remote command to restart the Docker container, for instance, if the Kanban board becomes unresponsive.
