Static IP Server Setup, API Services & Maintenance

## Project Description

We are looking for an experienced server administrator and backend developer to set up, configure, and maintain a reliable server environment with a dedicated static public IP address and API capabilities for one of our clients.

The objective is to establish a secure, stable, and scalable infrastructure that can support integrations between external systems and automated workflows.

### Project Requirements

**1. Server Setup & Configuration**
- Recommend and configure a suitable VPS or cloud server.
- Provide a dedicated static public IP address.
- Configure the operating system, networking, firewall, and security settings.
- Set up SSL certificates and HTTPS access.
- Ensure reliable server availability and performance.

**2. API Services & Integration**
- Set up an environment for hosting and managing REST APIs.
- Configure secure API endpoints.
- Support inbound and outbound API requests.
- Enable webhook integrations with external platforms.
- Implement API authentication, logging, and error handling.

**3. Security & Monitoring**
- Implement appropriate server security measures.
- Configure automated backups.
- Set up uptime and performance monitoring.
- Provide technical documentation.

**4. Ongoing Maintenance**
- Server monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Security updates and maintenance.
- API service monitoring.
- Ongoing technical support when required.

### Preferred Skills

Linux Server Administration, VPS, Cloud Hosting, REST API, Node.js, Python, Nginx, Docker, SSL, Webhooks, and API Integration.
