Hi There!
Background information on the company: we're a performing arts company called Pineapple Dance running online courses for children aged 5-18yrs. Check us out https://www.pineapplearts.com/
We require an integration between our Squarespace website and our CRM Infusionsoft/keap.
We're NOT looking for a usual CONTACT FORM integration but rather payments / information we collect on a weekly basis.
If you see our payment set up here (one of our courses) : https://www.pineapplearts.com/online-courses/p/mini-juniors-age-5-weekly we require the information from the (Add To Cart - Enrollment Form) which has Student first name, last name, parent details etc to be imported over to our CRM.
This information also needs to TAG the customer in Infusionsoft/keap with the class they have purchased i.e in this case the from the url above the course/TAG would be: *MINI JUNIORS - AGES 5 (ONLINE WEEKLY) SUNDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 21* (the product name).
Some parents make multiple purchases at once i.e. for more than one course for their child or for an additional sibling. Each customer (child) has their own profile in the CRM, if they do NOT exist we need the form to create them and TAG them accordingly in the CRM. If they DO exist (checking by name and email, it should update their profile with the TAG of the new course they just purchased automatically.
We're running NEW / DIFFERENT courses every week, we require them to be TAGGED with the product on their profile i.e:
*MINI JUNIORS - AGES 5 (ONLINE WEEKLY) SUNDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 21*
NEXT WEEK PRODUCT = *MINI JUNIORS - AGES 5 (ONLINE WEEKLY) SUNDAY 21ST FEBRUARY 21*
I hope this automation is achievable through any exports or API functions. We have tried through Zapier but not getting the required information we need. It maybe that each payment is automatically imported to our Google Sheets then automatically imported to the CRM which we could do via Zapier (but it's getting all the relevant data into Google Sheets which we're finding hard) However that's an option we have considered but open to any more.
